Heavenly Healing
Heaven is Camp Bestival's Healing Area, a close relative to The Retreat at Bestival but with more emphasis on indulgent pampering and with many treatments for children also available.
Step into the sanctury of Heaven, perfectly located next to Restival and the Happy Campers near the junction between the main camping area and the Magic Meadow, and treat yourself to some of their relaxing treatments or simply take a breather in its atmosphere of peace, tranquillity and fun.
An 8ft lantern Angel will be illuminating your slice of Heaven - an area of true and deep service to the mind body and spirit, offering a suitably full range of therapies and treatments to enrich all charkas and senses. Audio will be installed into our Angel Temple, including Georgian chanting, Tibetan Bowls and sweet angelic vocals - providing the ambient chillout tunes to compliment the healing and pampering.

Pamper Yurt
Bespoke Holistic Beauty Treatments - book time with us and we will pamper you, leaving you looking and feeling exquisitely glamourous, elegant and gorgeous to gracefully float off and enjoy the rest of the festival.
Using 100% natural products and open from 11am until 8pm (last booking) each day, they will be providing a range of indulgent services including Hand / foot soaks, nail file and polish, hand / foot / face exfoliation, removal of hard skin, hot towels (hand / face / feet), hand /foot / face masks, hand / foot / face / neck / upper back / head massage, hand / foot reflexology, re-juvenating facial massage, eyebrow shape, devine decorative make up, face / foot / hand steam and mini facials.
Children's Tent & Treatments
Most massages can be adapted for shorter treatments for busy parents and children and Craniosacral therapy, specifically for children, is being offered. There will be a children’s tent for the very young ones to enjoy while parents indulge in recuperative massage and Heaven also boasts yoga for adults and children plus baby massage workshops!
Yoga
Earlybird Yoga: 8am-8.50am. A gentle and calming way to start your day. With a baby/toddler area open & located beside the class.
Yoga Bugs: Children's Yoga Classes. 2 age groups: 4-5yrs, 9–9.30am & 6-8yrs, 9.45-10.30am.
Each class consists of a yoga adventure, where the children learn yoga postures as part of an exciting story which they act out together (with some props and music). All classes include some breath awareness and a quiet relaxation at the end. Classes are 30-45 minutes. It can include a handout of postures with names and pictures to colour in at the end.
Family Yoga 11-12.30pm
A fun, explorative introduction level class to family yoga, combining narrative, creative skills (visualisation, improvisation, drawing) alongside posture work, to inspire a more meditative approach to parenting and family interactions.
Baby massage
1pm –2pm. Learn the techniques that will soothe and bring wellbeing to your little loved one.
Kid's Poetry Slam
1pm-2pm. Using meditation and visualisation to initiate creativity, write and develop poetry over a 2 day workshop, then Sunday 2pm - Slam!
The Herbal Witches
The Herbal Witches will teach herbalism through drama and story-telling, taking you on a Saturday morning herb walk (11.30am) and an afternoon workshop on how to create and delight in passion potion. Sunday will be for drop in TLC, free consultation, reference library time, herbal teas and anther herb walk (time will be arranged).
Mobile Healing
Heaven’s angels will be wofting around the festival ready to spritz your aura with a wildflower essense spray suited to your needs and for your convenience, Heaven will reach its angel wings out into the festival grounds with a number of angel therapists under gorgeous umbrellas offering short massage sessions for fast tension release.

Types of treatments available:
Pressure-point treatments and clothed massage:
Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art which combines acupressure, passive stretching, applied yoga and massage techniques to achieve a unique and powerful massage therapy.
Reflexology works by stimulating reflex points on the feet to encourage the body to heal itself and restore its own healthy balance.
Shiatsu works on the same channels and points as acupuncture but instead of needles, the therapist applies pressure with the thumbs, elbows, knees or feet.
Bowen Technique is a soft tissue technique that is applied on the muscles, tendons and ligaments of the body very gently and with minimal pressure.
Oil based massage:
Ayurvedic massage is a powerful Indian technique with oil and Ayurvedic herb, using yoga stretches and your breathing to open your body, soothe your muscles and en-trance your mind!
Aromatherapy massage is the holistic application of essential oils to improve physical and emotional well-being combined with massage.
Holistic massage is a whole body massage using oils. It aims to relax and de-stress the body and mind, releasing tension and relieving minor muscular aches and pains.
Lomi Lomi Hawaiin massage is a full body oil massage, incorporating sweeping strokes, deep pressure and fluidic movements.
Energy-based, clothed treatments:
Aricular Acupuncture restores chi balance by stimulating or sedating points by inserting fine needles into specific areas of the ear which are electrically active. Not painful!
Cranio-Sacral is a non-invasive manipulative technique which works to treat the whole body by gently balancing the membranes, fluids, bones and fascia.
Reiki is a non-intrusive hands on healing which safely and effectively balances the mind and body. The practitioner uses certain hand positions to direct energy to relevant areas of the body.
Energy Balancing releases trapped energy (emotional/spiritual) bringing light, awareness and balance.
Chair-based treatments:
Indian head massage stimulates the circulation of the scalp and helps to dispel stress-generated muscle tension and includes massage of the shoulders, arms, neck, head and face.
On-site acupressure massage works an acupressure sequence for your back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and scalp and is performed whilst you are sitting in an ergonomically designed chair.
On-site deep tissue oil massage is performed on an ergonomic on site massage chair. Oils are used on the skin to give the person the benefits and experience of a deep tissue massage.
